Our client is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join their team in fighting for justice for survivors of sexual abuse and adult sexual assault. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for representing victims of trauma in pursuing justice against those responsible for allowing it to happen.

Experience in Civil Litigation is required, along with taking and defending depositions, Drafting discoveries and responding to motions.

Required Skills

- California Bar Admission is required
- Minimum of Five (5) years of legal experience
- Must have Civil Litigation experience.
- Must have experience drafting complaints, bills of particulars, taking and defending depositions, drafting discoveries, and responding to motions (Critical expertise)
- The candidate must be well organized, possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be comfortable corresponding and communicating with clients/victims of sexual abuse
- The successful candidate should be capable of managing his/her own caseload from inception to settlement/trial.
- Virtual Courtroom experience (and admission to Federal Court) preferred, but trial experience not expected.
- Must have experience with MS Office (Word specifically) and Adobe
